Manchester United’s pre-season campaign could not have got off to a better start with wins over Real Madrid, Manchester City, Real Salt Lake and LA Galaxy. They are currently top of the ICC table and must now take on the might of FC Barcelona at the Fedex Field in Maryland on Thursday.
Following the match, the Red Devils will take part in two more friendly encounters before kicking off their competitive campaign against Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup. New signing, Romelu Lukaku is expected to return to the starting line-up for this clash, while record signing Paul Pogba could also feature.

One stumbling block could be the future of star player Neymar, who has been the subject of interest from Paris St-Germain. The 25-year-old showed no signs of being distracted by events when he bagged both goals in the win against Juventus at the weekend.
